how can i order a pair of arc sleepplug?

​What are ear impressions?

Ear impressions are the silicone molds which are made to duplicate the individual's ear shape by injecting the silicone material into one's ears. We need to use these molds to make ARC Sleepplug perfectly fits your ears.

Whre can i get my ear impressions done?

There are 3 ways to do:
     1. You can come to "ARC Custom HQ" and get your ear impressions done by our staff. (Free of charge)
     2. If you are in Bangkok, you can make an appointment for onsite ear impression service. (Additional charge on service)
     3. You can get your ear impressions done at hearing center, clinic or hospital then send them to us. (Contact us for suggested places) 

​how long is arc sleepplug lifespan?

ARC Sleepplug is made of super soft medical grade silicone which will become less flexible after 3 years of usage. Anyway, you can still use them.

​How to keep my Arc sleepplug clean?

If there are stains on your Sleepplugs, just use damp cloth to clean them.
